These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the White Diamond Resort website and any booking, stay or service availed at White Diamond Resort, Rafting Point, near Sun and Snow, Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir. By accessing this website or making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by White Diamond Resort. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment and a confirmation communication from our team. Rates displayed on the website or shared by our team are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not cause disturbance, damage or inconvenience to other guests, staff or property. White Diamond Resort reserves the right to refuse check-in or to ask a guest to vacate the premises, without refund, in case of misconduct, damage to property, or violation of local laws.

Payments

Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm a booking, as communicated at the time of reservation. The balance payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI and major debit/credit cards.

Liability

White Diamond Resort shall not be held liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of guests during their stay, except where caused by the direct negligence of the resort's staff. Guests are advised to use in-room safes or secure storage, where provided, for valuables.

Amendments to Services

White Diamond Resort reserves the right to modify, substitute or withdraw any facility, amenity or service described on this website without prior notice, due to operational, seasonal or maintenance requirements.

Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images and graphics, is the property of White Diamond Resort and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. The resort makes reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate but does not guarantee that all content is free of errors at all times.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir.
